With 8 years of experience in visual design, I'm now building ML systems for computer vision and creative AI. Currently researching AI artwork detection for my Master's in Computing.

About me

I'm a computer vision researcher, creative technologist, and designer. I spent 8 years as a graphic designer and art director, working across identity, brand strategy, and art direction.

Then I went back to school and completed an MSc in Computing for the Creative Industry at UAL's Creative Computing Institute with Distinction, writing my thesis on detecting AI-generated images using DINOv3-based vision transformers.

What connects those two lives is an obsession with how we preceive images, how they work, why they feel right or wrong, how they're made, and increasingly, how machines understand them.

My projects range from ML research and Explainable AI to creative coding, generative systems, and data art. I bring value to teams building visual products where the technical and creative decisions can't really be separated and where having someone fluent in both changes what's possible.

What I work on

Computer Vision & ML

Image classification, AI-generated content detection, vision transformer fine-tuning, model explainability (XAI)

Creative Technology

Generative systems, creative coding, TouchDesigner, interactive data experiences

Data Visualisation & Data Art

Visual storytelling with data, exploratory and expressive approaches, end-to-end from analysis to output

Design & Branding

Graphic design, brand identity, art direction, visual strategy
